Day ONE
I fought with the alarm, but finally got out of bed.. drinking a shake for breakfast.. making sure to get it as soon as I wake up (idea from paul).. this week is going to be hard.. I can feel it already.. but this needs to be done.. rules for the week are as follows:

1. Shake first thing in the morning!!!
2. Don't forget to get socks for the gym at night.
3. Eat a good lunch (its going to be my only real meal)
4. Drink plenty of water!!!
5. Look into vitamins
6. GET TO THE GYM!!!
