The only thing I can think is that I can tell I'm near my period. Regardless, it's kind of a huge jump. What makes it weirder for me is that I haven't had anything to drink in the last week. That's usually where I waste the most calories.

Today begins weight training again! yay! I'm going to do a circuit routine from stumtuous.com (Sara's recommendation). Looks tough & fun.



Oh, wow! What a great workout. Much much harder than I was anticipating but tons of fun. I think I'm really going to enjoy doing the circuit training over the next four weeks.

Because the type of work out I chose is different from what I'd been anticipating, I'm going to do the circuit training 3x a week and light cardio 2x a week. Four days a week wouldn't give my muscles enough recovery time.
143.6 lb Lost so far: 31.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
