Yup yup! Low carb when possible (when at home, when not craving, when possible...) is helping for sure.
Now, got lots to go still!! Woohooo
139.6 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
