Yesterday was a good day, specially because of the results today!
Started my day full diet, added 3 toasts with butter and avocado at 4-5 pm, and Chinese dinner with fried food, and only 1 tbsp of rice. No other carbs beside.
The rest of the day I ate healthy, no carbs.
At night, I had an infusion.
Lost 300grs.
139.8 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 14.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
