Low carb, calorie counting, vegan, exercise,Iā€™ve done it all!!! When my body gets used to one thing I start another plan!

Incredible, your adventures with the diets, I measure a 1.80cm and I have always weighed between 90 and 100, I have always practiced crossfit, bicycle, spining and I adore walking. but currently the last 2 years weigh from 110 to 112 kg and it is difficult for me to go down, lower to 100 and then go up again. I am a BI engineer and I love cooking. That is my big problem. and I want to know what you do or why I think you're a good example, I saw your photos of the boat and you're someone else.

Quisiera darte el gran secreto, pero yo también me e encontrado con una pared! Ya mi cuerpo está contenta con lo que estoy pesando. Si se que nunca voy a parar porque no quisiera volver a lo que pesaba antes!

Hola, pensé que te había ofendido con mi malísimo inglés !! Solo quería expresar mi admiración por lo que has logrado y pensé que todas esas imágenes eran falsas hasta que comencé a ver tus indicadores. yo he descubierto cosas interesantes en mi caso , por ejemplo el ejercicio mantiene mi estado de ánimo y físico súper bien , pero en lugar de bajar de peso a veces siento que subo. Así que la conclusión por demás obvia es que todo este exceso de peso se debe a la alimentación . No existen temas como es que soy alto , es que mi cuerpo es grande y pesado o eso de metabolismo lento !! . . Ya te comentaré por cierto hablas Español Omg!!!
