I started yesterday with the low carb challenge. Start weight: 68.9
Day 2 (today): 67.9
149.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My intake yesterday was: Breakfast - 2 apples Lunch - 3 pieces of chicken + sauteed cabbage + tomato salad Tea - Milk with honey and dry fruits Dinner - Salame and onion omelette with 2 eggs, and a lettuce salad with olive oil dressing. At the end of the day, I was satisfied and happy! Today even more seeing the results
