I expected the weight gain today, so it's fine. I had fried and bread at night. No problem. Let's see what the scale says tomorrow.
Today has been a day with lots of eating, but stopped early.

9.30am 1 diet yoghurt
12pm 3 wheat tortillas + creamy vegetables + 3 chocolate wafer + 2 papadum
2pm 1 avocado + 2 brown toasts
5pm Box of small orange juice
9pm 2 apples

165.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 39.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
