And today has been a new day where the following has happened:
Breakfast:
Smoothie (Orange + Spinach + Apple + Carrot + Chia)

Snack:
1 Apple

Lunch:
Chicken + 4 chapatis

Snack: 1 Coconut water

Dinner: 3 lolis with mitti chutney + 2 apples+ 1 tbsp condensed milk

Again, I don't want to register in the food section, because there are preparations that aren't on the list, aaaaand it's easier like this.

Let's see what the scale says tomorrow!

Ahh, and the workout was of 30 mins intense cardio.
