The scale did not move this week yet, but it showed I dropped 2% body fat. That makes me happy. It feels like my goal weight is soooo far away.

1413 kcal Fat: 104.68g | Prot: 92.33g | Carb: 26.68g.   Breakfast: water, coconut oil, beef ribeye, water. Lunch: boneless skinless chicken breast perdue, mild cheddar shreds kraft, water, cesar dressing ken's. Dinner: blue cheese dressing kraft, diet cherry dr pepper, boneless skinless chicken tenders perdue. Snacks/Other: zucchini, tomato, cucumber, green pepper, spinach. more...
