A water bottle is constantly in front of me. For some reason with me, if I drink lotS of water I lose weight. If I don't drink a lot of water, I don't lose anything. I have been aiming for 1.5 litres to 2 litres a day. I read that starting off with a glass of water as soon as you wake up is really good too for weight loss. I always make sure there is a one litre bottle of water on my nightstand when I go to bed.

I haven't been on the ab doer in two days - feel really guilty. Will do it tonight - will do the beginner and imtermediate program - only 30 min in total for both.

I was proud of myself last night - I was panicking inside thinking okay - here is a test of self control (of which I usually have none lol). My friend had sandwich and salad. I ordered an omlette - I had a choice of toast and hashbrowns or a side dish of fruit. Lol I argued with myself in my head. I wanted the hashbrowns - more substance but I said it as fast as I could... I will have the fruit. And down 0.5 today. Hard mental work but it pays off. :)
272.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 137.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great idea about drinking water right of the time from getting up, Ive been heading for my coffee.. but Im going to try water first, thank you Susancan2020 have a great day
