damn. gained back to beginning. had off day yest. didn't feel well, didn't drink all my water. plus started period so water weight. ill see a significant drop in a week, I'm sure.
168.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
