Because I'm prone to crave any type of carb my diet changed to mostly low-fat healthier options to eat but the increase in carbs caused me to gain back the weight. Plus I was hungry all the time eating low-fat protein, fruits/veggies and low-fat carbs like crackers and breads, and soups.

Now I am really watching my total daily carb count plus calories, every day. I also weigh myself everyday. Yesterday we had a BBQ and I didn't eat the bread and made a green salad to go with the hamburger patty. I skipped the potato salads and had one serving of chips instead. For dessert I ate a one helping of cherry salad. I also didn't eat very much until that meal, so my calorie count was low that day.
