Here I am again. Back on the Atkins diet. Lost 4 lbs last week, started the diet on May 15, so that weight loss is just water. This next week will be challenging because I feel really good right now, that I lost all that heavy water weight. The challenging part will be to keep eating low carb and begin to find healthier and better tasting low-fat recipes.
I know if I don't that I will get tired of eating meat/cheese/dairy , salad everyday.

So.... start getting creative girl! Let's go!
