Have not been on fat secret in almost 2 years and you can definitely see how much I've deteriorated. I'm starting the new Banting (lchf) diet today. Mum and dad have lost 5kgs each in 10 days. Gotta give it a shot.
191.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

1412 kcal Fat: 92.52g | Prot: 104.60g | Carb: 40.43g.   Breakfast: Fried Egg, Eskort Shoulder Bacon, Butter. Lunch: Tuna Salad with Cheese. Dinner: Lamb Chop (Lean Only Eaten), Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Fried or Battered Breaded Floured Shrimp. more...

Welcome back, though I didn't know you. Only been here a year. I'm with you. I'm on the cut as well and 10 kilo, about 20 pounds, is what I need to lose as well. Buddy me - if you think you could put up with me. We can whine together.

Thanks guys...need all the support I can get.I know fatsecret worked for me before, and it can again. A colleague of mine who I hadn't seen in a while, looked dramatically different! She'd lost 12kg's....in the meanwhile, I've put on almost 15!!! Her secret?....the Banting Diet by Dr Tim Noakes. I've heard about it a little before was a little sceptical...but after chatting with my mum and dad yesterday, who have been doing it for only 10 days, they've lost 5kg's each. Its a low carb, high fat diet...which I have been rather sceptical about, but after seeing many testimonials by so many who have succeeded, I'm desperate to give it a shot! Started this morning with bacon and eggs fried in butter!!! EEEeeek!!! Was super delicious, and I'm still satiated!! Will keep you posted!
