1230 kcal Fat: 43.51g | Prot: 89.56g | Carb: 123.24g.   Breakfast: Cheerios, Blueberries, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat). Lunch: Butter, Tuna in Water (Canned), Nonfat Plain Yogurt, White Bread , Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Dinner: Whole Wheat Macaroni, Turkey Meatballs, Diced Petite Tomatoes, Zucchini, Shredded Parmesan Cheese. Snacks/Other: Almond Butter, Fudgsicle No Sugar Added Fudge Bars, Strawberries, Plain Bread Sticks, Monterey Jack Cheese. more...
