1230 kcal Fat: 43.51g | Prot: 89.56g | Carb: 123.24g.   Breakfast: Cheerios, Blueberries, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat). Lunch: Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Tuna in Water (Canned), Butter, White Bread , Nonfat Plain Yogurt. Dinner: Zucchini, Whole Wheat Macaroni, Turkey Meatballs, Shredded Parmesan Cheese, Diced Petite Tomatoes. Snacks/Other: Strawberries, Plain Bread Sticks, Monterey Jack Cheese, Almond Butter, Fudgsicle No Sugar Added Fudge Bars. more...
