Went on a 3 mile hike to Devil's Backbone (3 hours). I did eat over the 1100 Cal, but I believe the extra weight showing is muscle, not fat.
165.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
