Yay! So happy and excited this morning! I couldn't wait to go online and enter my new weight. On Sunday morning I was 138, then Monday I was 138.7, and Tue. up at 138.8! I was a lil discouraged thinking I was gaining all the weight that I lost last week back this wk. However, since I had a lot of sodium this wknd, I was thinking the weight increase could be due to water retention. It seems liket that was the case b/c not only did I lose that lb I had gained back, but I lost an extra one!! I'm at 136.9...only 6.9 from my goal of 130! I'm hoping I will reach the goal in the next 4-6 wks, or hopefully sooner than that. On the other hand, yesterday I increased my veggie intake but cals were still low so I need to up that up today. I'll try harder to meet the guidelines for Induction this week. :) Please don't get discouraged if the scale stall, just be patient and you will see results sooner than you think--this is coming from an usually VERY impatient person so, as cliche as it may sound,"if I can do it, you can do it too!" :)

Yay! Congrats! I can't WAIT to see 136.9!! I'm stalled at 138.2 right now but hoping to break out of that soon :)

Thanks! I'm sure you'll see that soon...I was not only stalled, but I gained 1 lb back--which is a lot when you're trying to lose 10! It seems like our stats and goals are pretty similar so I'm sure you'll see similar restuls in no time, we just have to keep trying to adhere to the rules--I, for instance need to increase my calorie and fats intake, but I'll do that today ;) Have a beautiful day!
