On Friday, I decided to eat raw. Saturday, I kept at it but had Miso soup for dinner. It's working so far. Mostly I intend to eat raw throughout the day with soup at night. While the bulk of my meals are vegetarian, I ate protein on Sunday in the form of pulled chicken. My intent is to eat meat protein once or twice a week. We shall see how it goes.~B
