I think I need a new scale. There is no way I dropped 4 lbs. in two days. I will depend on the scale at Curves until I get a new one. (which said I lost the 4 lbs.)
203.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 68.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
