What a day this is - it feels as if I am being hit on all sides today. I am currently attending 2 different meetings as well as journalling. Guess the last week of just staring at the computer is catching up with me.

I feel OK today but I am very sore. My neck and back are killing me. I guess carrying the computer and the airplane pressure must be the reason. it is odd but it seems to always be this way when i fly. Does it happen to anyone else?

Food was fine yesterday. I had a shake and ate some blueberries in my room last night. Did not get quite enough water though... I did purchase some and will do better today. My shake was yucky without the belnder and ice but - it is what it is. This morning, I made it and added water... that was better. I also have almonds, tomatoes and strawberries in front of me so I am in no danger of bad snacking while working. We stopped at Starbucks this morning and it was a little difficult to not grab a coffee but I didn't - I chose a green tea to which I added some organic Stevia. I was good :)

Oh and also - I did not excercise at all yesterday - was way too tired. But this morning I did 25 squats and 20 lunges while I was brushing my teath. i was proud of myself. I will probably feel it tomorrow but... I plan to try to keep it up. Also, I am going to do my DVD tonight. if I don't - please - yell at me tomorrow. All i have as support for this are my FS buddies. My husband says I don't need to be doing all this so.... :) help please.

Oh and I have to report that my coworker said I was looking really good these days and that he notices my weight loss. He then commented about my nails and how pretty they are and asked how often I had to have them done. I think he is really noticing my hair but can't put his finger on it :) That is honestly the only change. The last time he saw me I think I weighed less than I do now. I think I had gotten down to 175 or so....Not sure. But I will definately get back down to that again and will be fitter when I do. I really want to be a fit 150 but I am afraid I will look too small. We will see :)

You are doing great, especially while out of the normal environment and planning ahead/adjusting accordingly. As for you co-worker, aren't unsolicited compliments on how you look wonderful??!!! One more thing - you know your relationship with your husband and what works/doesn't work, but I humbly suggest you tell him this is important to you and is something you feel you need to his support is greatly needed and deeply appreciated! :)

Alex, The travel day or I should say day of travel is always a rough one unless you can get a workout in before leaving and I know for me I can't then once you arrive get a rental car, get to the hotel find something to eat, prep for the next day it is time to go to sleep. So good for you with the lunges and squats this morning doing something is better than nothing. I agree with JMB on your husband he should be supportive and depending on how long you have been married he probably see you just as beautiful as the day you wed and that is why he says you don't need all of this. As for your coworkers just smile and say thank you very much :) enjoy your trip and don't forget to workout this evening.

I will definately be working out this afternoon. I am worried about lunch though - nothing here to eat that is healthy. I have ordered a Sorrentino chicken lunch without pasta and with grilled veggies. No clue how I am going to enter that. The only one here is from Romano's and includes pasta. I guess I will attempt to use only the components and hope it is reasonably reflective. As for my husband - that relationship is a lost cause. Nothing I can do will ever change that. For example - if I comment about needing my beauty sleep he generally says - your not sleeping enough then... Even in front of other people. I stopped listening to what he said a long time ago. I am on my own with most everything now.... Probably will be on my own completely before too long. Sadly.

Sorry Alex, but it sounds like you are a very strong, beautiful woman so you will do fine. On entering your lunch just wing it the best you can myself I always try and figure on the high side or look up something comprable

I attempted to log it.... Just did not eat very much of it cause I was being cautious. And yes - I can handle whatever life brings :) I am not concerned.
