I was trying to reply to posts related to my weigh in but can't see to find them on this site. I am just recording another entry today.

The Dr said that I was doing great. SHe was very happy with my progress but wants me to not go below 1200 calories a day if possible. She realy likes the nutrition I am getting from my shakes and has said that I should add some protien as an easy 'filler' and calorie increase. My plan for next week is a shake for breakfast and one for dinner with a small steak or chicken and veggies for lunch. That should put me up to about 1500 I think... I will probably need to stop with the almond butter in the shakes in order to keep calories down to 1200. Guess we will see. Another month before I find out how I'm doing again. It is not so easy to not have the scale talking to me about my progress but it is better than seeing the fluctuations and false increases/decreases.
