kids helpede rake our 3 acre yard yesterday. I love my kids. I am spoiling them with banana chocolate chip pancakes this morning. I will have a protein shake. wedding is almost here
189.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My granddaughter and her fiancé came over this weekend and raked all of the horse s#*! off the upper and lower pads. Aren't kids great!
