I think the scale was screwy this am.
168.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are you measuring your body fat via the scale? The bio electric impedance readers on scales are always a little off. Things like hydration levels can really skew the results (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/p... That being said, a downward trending number and something you use consistently can be a great tool! Keep up the great work!

Oops looks like it thought I was trying to spam you with my article link (pubmed/9624647 is what it's supposed to be.) It's a study on the effect of hydration on Bioelectric impedance readings and hydrostatic weighing.

yes it measures bf electronically. I will have to read that. I knew it would read off based on hydration. I may switch that in the future and weigh myself in the evening.
