Coming out of shoulder surgery. Should be able to do some exercises soon
245.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ugh! A shoulder injury is the worst! I broke mine a couple years ago and it never "healed" right. But I've notice since I've been exercising I can do more with it. However, there are days when I can't even lift my hand. But, don't get discouraged from it! It's only temporary.
