I don't know what is happening to me, I suddenly want to eat everything in sight, I want fat and carbs and it is 100% head hunger. I have eaten molten chocolate cake, chocolate pudding, flavored almonds, snickers, frankfurters, tons of cheese, and even pasta. Suddenly, out of nowhere, my sleeve seems limitless. I'm exhausted, I'm not being consistent with time attendance at the gym, I used to go at 5am every morning, now I'm all over the map, going at lunch, or the morning, or not at all, or doing a yoga tape in my room at lunch instead. There have been a few days of eating over 1000 calories, even. I need to snap out of it. I don't know which came first, the stall which led to depression, or depression which led to a stall. all I know is I am over 6 months out from surgery and nowhere near goal and have been in a stall for over 2 weeks.

i just told my nutrionist the same thing, she said i needed to have make sure that i was eating carbs, the right amount for me. she said that my blood sugar was low when i feel like i could eat/shove the food.
