EXERCISE: Walk 40 min., 2.47 miles, 137 h.r., 3.50-4.0mph, 220K. Kettle Bells: 22 min., 124K. Strength: Chest, Shoulders Biceps, Triceps: 44 min., 173K. 1 hour 46 min. 517K

Excellent exercising today. Not done it for 8 days. Now given the go ahead to resume all my exercising. Felt great afterward. Hoping I can keep up the momentum. Giving serious thought to dropping my goal from 160 to 155 and maybe 150. Will go in 5lb. increments before getting to carried away and dropping my goal all at once by another 15lbs.
