Lots of water yesterday and did the 30 day Shred week1 dvd. felt good. woke up and started 30 day diet supplements. behind in my eating need to get to it
206.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
