Need to be back on track, so I don't loose all the good progress I've made. Time to focus. My Curves workout with Jillian Michael's is done and on to making sure my steps get up there today... no sitting on my big ol' butt today!
202.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
