Apparently my RDI% was incorrect! Sheez no wonder I am not losing weight lately. It was set at 1900 but should be 1500 pmus I have been eating over 1900 hete and there...ugh! Okay back to the drawing board! Hopefully weight will start moving down again soon :)

What's the site, mummydee? Lauraab, I struggled with that same issue until I realized that you can set your RDI for whatever you want by just clicking it and typing in whatever number you like. Also, beware about the calorie output here on FS because it's VERY generous and not entirely accurate because it takes only weight and not other factors into account. Mine here says I expend 2200/day just sleeping and resting whereas my doctor figured out that even with all my activities, it's about 1800. Just a word of caution.

Thanks mummydee and Yes Yes mrsmole! Very generous indeed! I used the calculator on and it was much lower than 1900 calories! I was maintaining at that level not losing. I also had to switch my activity level down a notch. Although I workout I have a desk job so that made a difference on the appropriate activity level I should have entered.

I also agree that it is generous mine comes in at 4031 when in fact through trial and error on a non cycling day its really about 3100 I have been maintaining my weight by eating an average of 3400 calories of course at 59 my burn is less than a younger person. Also be aware that the exercise calorie expenditure in the exercise log is also very generous mine shows that I have a 1000 calorie a day average every month for the last 3 years if that was true I would have evaporated to nothing but a bag of bones by now. The best way I have found is trial and error make a few hundred calorie a day adjustments and see how you do or increase your aerobics by 30 minutes a day

whoops I lied my RDI is 4300 of course I use the "very active tab" as my workouts/rides are around 3 hours a day

I went back and reset mine to "active and it comes in much closer to reality at 3600 (keep in mind I'm 6'6" and weigh 247)

Ha ha! Well glad to know I was not the only one. I am going to use light active. Any less then I come up with 1200 not possible for this girl ;)
