Didn't lose any weight this week :/ lost inches and body fat percentage but I'd still like to see my number go down :/ got some ideas and going to track my protein like crazy this week!
191.2 lb Lost so far: 49.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
