Went to kickboxing boot camp class today, I thought I was going to die! Still do, I couldn't do most of the moves... Felt like I'd never worked out a day in my life! Omg I'm in pain, I keep trying to remember in the end it's all worth it... Holy s##t I hope so
191.2 lb Lost so far: 49.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
