Day 1 on Fat Secret. I weighed in at 245 this morning. Had my normal shake in the AM.

Log Dumbell Press 40# 3x10 (Bicep did not hurt)
Bent Over Rows 35# 3x10 (Bicep did not hurt)
Squats 205# 3x10
