Once you begin exercising, it is addictive. I started walking then my niece got me into strength training. Got all of my exercises online to accommodate my lousy back and knee. It's great. And when you see things start to tighten up, it's even better. If you want names of sites that have exercises to choose from, let me know. I used several. Have gotten into kettle bell and loving that too.

P.S. Was it a response to a post you made about the Scientific 7-minute workout. Sent the link to the house to check it out. A lot of the exercises I saw I can't do because of my back. But it's worth a try.

I'm an exercise addict too… and know you'll be back at it as soon as your body is ready. Hope all goes well with your procedure. xoxo
