EXERCISE: Walk, 1.86 miles, 31 min. 4.0 mph, 152 h.r., 216K. Strength: Back, abs, glutes, legs. 44 min., 236k. 75 min., 452K burned.

Last time I'll be able to exercise until next week sometime. Gotten into the swing of it again, and now need to totally stop because of a minor surgical procedure being done tomorrow.

You make me tired just reading about it.... I have to get my rear in gear and get to walking. .....Everything I read says it would be for my benefit..... I'll make that my New Years resolution.... Hope you surgery goes well..

Once you begin exercising, it is addictive. I started walking then my niece got me into strength training. Got all of my exercises online to accommodate my lousy back and knee. It's great. And when you see things start to tighten up, it's even better. If you want names of sites that have exercises to choose from, let me know. I used several. Have gotten into kettle bell and loving that too.

P.S. Was it a response to a post you made about the Scientific 7-minute workout. Sent the link to the house to check it out. A lot of the exercises I saw I can't do because of my back. But it's worth a try.

Well, she didn't do it. We're trying meds, which makes my heart glad. Then if that doesn't work... So, tickled I can exercise and looking forward to Thursday. Running on Wednesday and Friday.
