Recap - another max back squat last Thursday after Foodmagetton part 1. Got 165 and it felt great. Then We did Open 11.1 which was 30 double unders (or 90 singles) and 15 ground to overhead at 55#. I could have snatched that I guess, but what I ended up doing was a squat clean into a thruster.

Friday was Foodmagetton part 2 at work. I'm sure I consumed way too much. However, I also sat outside in the friggen cold watching a hockey game for 2 hours. I needed those calories dammit! Ha, yesterday was even worse, they were shoveling off the ice every 5 minutes because it was snowing so heavy. Not sure what "sitting in the cold" is as far as calories count goes. I should look that up!

Today there was another 6 inches in the driveway. We could have skiied, but probably easier to stay home and pack for Targhee :)
