Well....Thanksgiving bombed out and I had carbs and sugar and derailed for about 4 days!!!! I felt like crap!!! Acid reflux came back, arthritis hurt like heck and all I wanted to do was sleep....
Back on track now and feel wonderful...I'll never let THAT happen again.
Anyhow...my scale broke and no (I hear you giggling!!!) it was not due to my 4 day derailment!!!
I think I'm still around 190...I don't feel as if I gained or lost a significant amount and my clothes pretty much fit the same....
Anyway, I missed my page!!!!
