Well, up to 2 lbs. but I know I'm retaining water due to too much salt this weekend while away with my daughter for her dance convention. Oh, okay, and too many calories, too. But I did have healthy breakfasts both days, a healthy lunch one day, I worked out in the hotel gym one day and walked a bunch of laps and stairs inside the convention hall yesterday -- mainly to keep my butt from flattening anymore and my brain from turning to mush. I could tell I OD'd on sodium this weekend because my fingers were puffed up like sausages when I was on the treadmill this morning. Oh well, today is my birthday and I am being healthy, yet having fun. Walked the treadmill to some music that made me super happy, ate my favorite vanilla-peanut butter-banana protein smoothie for breakfast and now I'm enjoying a nonfat pumpkin spice latte at my desk at work. So far my birthday "treats" have been better than any birthday cake! I'm meeting a good friend for lunch at a favorite middle eastern restaurant so I'm looking forward to lots of good grilled chicken, salad and hummus. Yum! Ok, maybe my special day shouldn't be filled with thoughts of food, but it is. So there. :)
222.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
