I'm excited that I'm close to getting into the 180's! I haven't been under 190 lbs in 20 years. This feels amazing. I couldn't do it without Fatsecret.
190.4 lb Lost so far: 47.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
