The scale and this way of eating are just amazing me...I fully wake up not expecting to see a change and there it is!!!! WOW!
It's so much the motivation that I need to stick with this life style...
193.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

It's working for me as well. Thanks for sending me a buddy request. I have just started but the weight is coming off. Yesterday I had a bad day in terms of how I felt. VERY irritable and spacey. Today I feel better, with a lot more energy. I think I'll go out for a walk at lunch :) Happy Friday!
