So frusterated this week. I'm not even recording my weight because I don't plan on staying here long. I seem to have gained 4 pounds in a week. It doesn't seem possible but my weight is so unstable these days. I really want to get my last 10 pounds off but I seem to get going and then BAM its all back. I need some ideas as to what I should be doing.

Hi! Whatever you do, don't give up. Have you been recording your food intake? I had hit a wall & was able to determine that I needed to make better protein choices by looking at my food intake. Keep your chin up & have a great weekend! :) Deb

I hear ya Morgan. I am having that issue this week too. I was fine on Sunday and when I weighed myself this morning it looks like I've gained 6 lbs back. Not sure that it's accurate because that seems like a lot in only a week. At the moment I am writing it off as some weird fluctuation.

Yes I agree. Though I did eat poorly I don't think you can gain that much overnight. It doesn't make it less frusterating.

You've got a point. Even though our brain knows it cannot be accurate, seeing that jump brings the spirits down.

Document all food. Everything. Everyday. See where you're going wrong and make the corrections. Be totally honest with yourself because you're the only person it's going to affect. You can't lie to the scale. It's a tattle tale and only know how to tell the truth. Are you exercising? If so, change the routine. Do strength training if you've never done it. Lean muscle burns fat. Read up on strength training and the advantages.
