Whew, forgot about boot camp warm-ups!

15 min AMRAP wallball/burpee ladder (250m row buy-in each round, 3-3, 6-6, 9-9, 12-12, 15-15). Its a bit of a benchmark, we've done it a few times.
This time I went Rx and got 1+60. Couldn't get the 9th burpee!

10 EMOM 2 OHS (45#) and 10 situps. They kept me working today!
