EXERCISE: Walk, long stride, 52 min, 3 miles, 132h.r., 305K. Strength, Back, Abs, Glutes, Legs. 47 min, 236K. 99 minutes, 541K. Good session. Particularly the walk.


Feeling good. Grateful I can exercise again. Just following what chiro instructed and stretches, and all is well. Loving my chiro and his wisdom which allows me to continue exercising. Hope to be smart enough to back off when I feel discomfort.

I'm alternating days to give myself a chance to recover because I've gone back to my kick-ass exercising with the exception of the isometrics. Yeah, my chiro. I've been seeing him on and off for over 20 years. He's the best.

Don't know if that's considered amazing or insanity. Obsessed with losing and trimming, but thanks. I do love it, so in my itty bitty mind, all is good. :~)
