First weight loss of a couple pounds on a non-fast day. Factors include missing lunch, ~1600 calorie day, running 7 miles, and I have a cold.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
