Luckily my little binge day yesterday only caused a 1 lb gain so i'll shift that quick enough. Also went for a 2 mile run this morning, came home and did a few stretches and chilled for a bit before heading back out and running another 3 miles. Was really proud of myself as i jogged the whole time on both runs, i may not be quick but i am determined and my self talk the whole way was positive and certainly helped me to keep those legs moving.

I do feel pretty stiff from the kettlebell training yesterday so i'm gonna have to make sure i do some good stretching exercises this week and mix it up a little to try and get some higher intensity exercise in aswell, i'm feeling very strong and fit but think my speed could be better. I've spotted a new class on the gym timetable that i'm gonna try as i think it may be high intensity class.

We're off to a 40th birthday party tonight so i'm gonna have to be careful not to eat rubbish, i'm planning on having some dinner before we go out cos then i'll feel full and will know what calories i've had. As i have got a little bored of the calorie counting i think i'm gonna plan really easy meals such as cereal, soup and meat & veg and then just have the same all week until i feel inspired again.
