Knudsen Family Just Black Cherry Juice. Lunch: Miniature Peanut Butter Cups, Broccoli, Carrot Cake with Icing, Dried Apricot, Provolone Cheese, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Grapefruit (Pink and Red), 100% Whole Grain Sandwich Rounds, Fanning Activia Strawberry Yogurt (Dannon). Dinner: Strawberries, Chocolate Puddings, Beef Top Sirloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Harvest Sensations Organic Kale Salad. Snacks/Other: Au Bon Pain Raisin Bran Muffin, Dried Apricot, Costco Oatmeal Raisin Cookie. more...
