Knudsen Family Just Black Cherry Juice, Kellogg's All-Bran Complete Wheat Flakes, Dried Cranberries, 2% Fat Milk. Lunch: Miniature Peanut Butter Cups, Dried Apricot, Carrot Cake with Icing, Fanning Activia Strawberry Yogurt (Dannon), 100% Whole Grain Sandwich Rounds, Broccoli, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Provolone Cheese. Dinner: Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Strawberries, Harvest Sensations Organic Kale Salad, Beef Top Sirloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Chocolate Puddings. Snacks/Other: Costco Oatmeal Raisin Cookie, Au Bon Pain Raisin Bran Muffin, Dried Apricot. more...
