Knudsen Family Just Black Cherry Juice. Lunch: Carrot Cake with Icing, Fanning Activia Strawberry Yogurt (Dannon), 100% Whole Grain Sandwich Rounds, Miniature Peanut Butter Cups, Broccoli, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Provolone Cheese, Dried Apricot. Dinner: Harvest Sensations Organic Kale Salad, Beef Top Sirloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Chocolate Puddings, Strawberries, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Costco Oatmeal Raisin Cookie, Dried Apricot, Au Bon Pain Raisin Bran Muffin. more...
