Have not been tracking food all that well. Not all that accurate as I know I have been well over desired intake. Time to get back at it and reverse the weight gaining trend. On the good side, I feel like I am recovering from my injuries finally. Wrists are not as sore and not as painful. Did a fair bit of work around the house this weekend. Felt pretty sore by Sunday evening but recovered this morning. Still feels like progress as I was able to use them. Am hopeful I will be able to play squash when the league starts in three weeks. Woo Hooo.
