Weighed in the morning after taking pills and vitamins and weighed 247.4. Weighed again later in the morning, not having eaten, and weighed 246.0. So, I re-recorded my weight.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 92.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
