Something's eating away at me. i don't know what it is. However, if relationship is one of the primary food groups, I think I'm missing a relationship. I've been working like crazy. I hardly have time to think about food or what to enter in to my food log here but I still try to take the time to do it.

I miss checking in here. And I miss checking in with myself. Maybe the relationship that is missing is the relationship with me. I know this won't last forever. I get glimpses of settling in to a groove and comfort zone of sorts but then something comes at me sideways. It's important for me to remember that I cannot control all things - I cannot control anything, actually. I can be aware of things. I can be aware of my responses to things... but true control? uh-uh.... No switches or on/off buttons. Just gotta breath with things.
