Visiting mum and dad this weekend so have weighed in on their scales which say 162lbs (11st 8lb) but i have been very good with my calories this week and my exercise so it may well be right. Will have to weigh on our scales when we get home but hopefully by Monday morning my weight will be the same on our scales.
5 days into the month and my progress is great so i just need to keep it up so that i look smoking hot for the xmas do's.
Keep being consistent with the calorie counting and the exercise. X
