I'm happy with my weight this week even though I weighed myself every day and it has gone up since yesterday... I was really good over the weekend and even at potluck I only had 2 glasses of wine. Last night I ate a little too much because when I got home from climbing I was STARVING, but it's OK. There is a BBQ for my department today and the weekend is starting so I will need to be super diligent... Last weekend we went out for motorcycle rides and went for a hike so I was kept busy with things other than eating and drinking.

My measurements are good too - this is the first time my waist has been under 30" since last October. I don't know how I'm going to make this winter different than every other year. I am always skinniest in October because that is the beginning of excuses - my birthday, halloween, thanksgiving, holiday parties every week of December, christmas, new years, valentines day, recruitment.
