i've found it impossible to put any effort or energy into weight loss this week due to the fact that both Beth & i have colds and therefore i've just been eating anything and everything. I'm not gonna give myself a hard time about it though cos its just a blip and my weight loss focus will return as soon as we are both better. I know i'll have a weight gain this week as i worked really hard last week to stick to my calories and this week has just gone outta the window.

I just need to keep everything in perspective and realise that if i'm ill then i need to rest and give my body the energy to get rid of this cold.
